Ingredients

  1. Vanilla sponge cake
  2. 8eggs
  3. 1 cupsugar (200 grams)
  4. 2 cupsall-purpose flour (240 grams)
  5. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract (5 grams)
  6. Three milks mixture
  7. 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  8. 1 canevaporated milk
  9. as neededMilk
  10. 1cinnamon stick
  11. Cream for decoration
  12. 2 cupsvanilla-flavored heavy whipping cream (500 ml)
  13. 1 canpeaches in syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

    Beat the yolks with half of the sugar until thick and pale.

    Add the vanilla, then gently fold in the flour and beaten egg whites, alternating between them.

    Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    In a saucepan, bring all the milks and the cinnamon stick to a boil, then set aside.

    Whip the cream and set aside.

    Slice the vanilla sponge cake into two or three layers, depending on the thickness of the cake.
