Crema de ajo confitado
1red bell pepper
a fewbasil leaves
vinegar, to taste
salt and pepper
diced ham and hard-boiled egg for serving

Chop all the ingredients and add them to a blender or food processor. Blend, then add salt, pepper, and vinegar, and blend again.

Adjust salt if needed and chill in the refrigerator.
