Ingredients

30 minutes
1 pax
  1. Chicken thighs
  2. 1big Red onions sliced
  3. 1medium Green capsicum sliced
  4. 1/4red capsicum sliced
  5. 1/4yellow capsicum sliced
  6. 1big Tomato peeled and sliced
  7. 1/4 cupheavy Coconut Milk
  8. Chopped Dhania
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 teaspoonGinger and Garlic paste
  11. 1/4 teaspoonCardamom powder
  12. 1/4 teaspoonCinnamon powder
  13. 1/4 teaspoonCurry powder
  14. 1/4 teaspoonBlack Pepper powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash Chicken thighs

  2. 2

    In a pan, put the chicken then add in the Garlic and Ginger paste, Cinnamon powder, Cardamom powder, Curry powder, Black pepper, Salt and a teaspoon of cooking oil. Mix in well and cover for 30 minutes to an hour.

  3. 3

    Boil the Chicken in it's own juices on medium heat and set aside once cooked and all the juices are completely dried out.

    In a pan, fry the Onions for a few minutes then add in the assorted Capsicum. Cook

  5. 5

    Next add in the tomatoes and cover to allow to cook for a few minutes.

  6. 6

    Once tomatoes are cooked, add in the Coconut Milk and gently simmer on medium heat for a few minutes.

  7. 7

    Add in the Chicken, simmer for 5 to 10 minutes on low heat.

  8. 8

    Finish with Dhania and serve.
