Ingredients

  1. Just Egg (egg substitute)
  2. Salted butter
  3. Pepper
  4. Large tortilla wrap
  5. Chopped green and red bell pepper
  6. Topping
  7. Vegan Feta Cheese
  8. “Halal Guys” White Sauce
  9. 4large spoonfuls of vegan mayo
  10. 1single serving size of plain vegan Greek yogurt
  11. 1/2 TSPfresh dill (dried works too)
  12. Small Spoonful of white vinegar
  13. Small Spoonful of sugar
  14. Small Spoonful of salt & pepper
  15. Small Spoonful of garlic power
  16. Capful of lime juice

Cooking Instructions

    Melt a tbsp of butter in a nonstick pan on medium heat and sauté a handful of chopped red and green bell peppers for 2-3 minutes until they’re sweating but still have a crunch.

    To the same pan, pour in just egg mixture. (I pout what looks like 3 eggs but you can adjust to your liking)

    Stir your just egg mixture into the bell peppers and as you scramble the “eggs”, add some pepper to your liking. When done, turn heat off and set aside.

    If you don’t have left over white sauce, make a new batch. Load vegan mayo, plain vegan Greek yogurt yogurt, fresh dill, salt, pepper, garlic powder, vinegar, lime juice, and sugar into a blender or food processor and blend for about 30 seconds.

    Toast your tortilla. The brand I have pictured below can be found at Walmart and omg, it’s the BEST. If you can find them in your area, get them!!!

    Fill your cooked tortilla with your scrambled eggs. Fold like a burrito and slice diagonally down the middle. Top with Vegan feta cheese and a drizzle of white sauce. (You can all fill your wrap with the white sauce if you prefer)
