For gravy - take a pan put some oil add hing + onion paste......saute it till it turns light brown.....
Now add ginger garlic paste saute it.....
Add masale (salt + black pepper + red chilli powder + saunf powder+ garam masala+ dhaniya powder+ turmeric powder) add little water to it saute it for few minutes

Now add tomato puree to it saute it.....
Now add cream or malai and saute for 5-10 minutes..... Now add one glass water and cover it to cook

Kofte recipe-- in a bowl take Grated bottle gourd add besan + salt+ black pepper + red chilli powder + saunf powder+ garam masala dhania powder+ lemon juice + mix all the ingredients well+ see the texture if it is sticky add some more besan to it......mix it well...
Now make round shaped koftas and deep fry them on low flame in a pre heated oil......

Now put these fried koftas in the gravy and give it a boil......
Now add fresh coriander leaves......serve hot
