Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, suji and 2 tsp ghee.
- 2
Nicely mix them, and try to make small ball. If flour is getting nice bind then it's time to add milk but if it's not binding then add more ghee and repeat this step.
- 3
Now slowly add milk and make semi-soft dough. Cover it and keep it aside for 15-20 min.
- 4
Make ball and roll it like chapati. But this will be thick. Like rotla.
- 5
Now roast them without applying ghee or oil or butter.. Simply just keep pressing while cooking & roast it.
- 6
Let them cool down then we will grind it but coarsely. Then add poppyseed, dry fruits and cardamom powder. And mix them. Churma is ready.
- 7
Now in pan add 1 tsp ghee and add jaggery and melt it. No need to make one-taar chashni. Just wait till gurr is melted and start getting boiling bubble.
- 8
Add this melted jaggery churma. And mix it nicely. Be careful jaggery will be hot so use spoon. Once it's cool down little bit then with hands mix it nicely and make Laddos. (If you find difficulty in binding Laddos or churma looks dry then heat 1tsp ghee and mix it)
- 9
Your tasty and easy Laddos are ready.. Enjoy!!!
