Boil the all vegetables.

Cook the pulse in pressure cooker

Turn off flame after 4-5 whistles

Mash the pulse with the help of potato masher

Soak the tamarind for at least 30 minutes

Then take a deep pan

Add cooking oil in it

After heating the oil, cumin seeds add in it

Add curry leaves and Red chillies

Then add the sliced onions in it

Add tamarind soaked water in it

Add salt, chili powder and turmeric powder in it

Add tomatoes in it

After frying for 5 to 10 minutes add boiled vegetables in it

Cook for sometime and add fresh coriander leaves in it

Our sambhar is ready

Soak overnight the rava and curd mixture

In morning,
Pour rava and curd better at idli stand - 21
Make idlis in steamer for 10 minutes

Serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney
