In a mixer take biscuits + sugar,+ milk powder....grind it a make a fine powder

In a bowl take biscuits powder and milk slowly and add malai to it now make a fine dough

When the dough is ready put some chopped five stars on the side of the dough...🍫🍫

Now start giving a shape to the cake.
I have given heart shape
Garnish it with gems + chocolate syrup.
