Ingredients

  • 200 gramspaneer cut into cubes
  • 2 Tablespoonsoil
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1chopped medium onion
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoongaram masala
  • 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  • As neededfresh chopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, onion, salt, and ginger garlic paste mix, and saute till transparent.

  2. 2

    Add turmeric powder,garam masala, coriander powder mix well.

  3. 3

    Add paneer pieces mix well. Add lemon juice mix properly.

  4. 4

    Transfer into a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
