Steps

Firstly prepare onion pakoda-- take sliced onions + besan + ginger garlic paste+ chopped green chillies + salt and black pepper+ garam masala+ saunf powder+ red chilli powder + Jeera powder + lots of fresh coriander leaves+ water accordingly to make a paste......mix it well
Take oil in a pan heat it....
Start frying onion pakodas on low flame but on preheated oil.....pakodas are ready.....

Curry - in a bowl take curd whisk it properly there should be no lumps in it....
Add besan 4-5 spoon.....add water to it.....mix well there should be no lumps....
Now take a big size pan or kadayi...put mixed curd n besan......add turmeric + grated ginger + chopped green chillie +red chilli powder+ keep it on low flame (stir it in between to avoid lumps)

Tadka -- take a pan put some desi ghee heat it add + jeera + rai...... Tadka is ready

After one hour see if the curry is thicken or not then add pakodas and tadka to it.....add lots of fresh coriander leaves....

Curry is ready to serve with rice......
