Ingredients

  1. 2Eggs
  2. 1as much as you need Wakame (a type of edible seaweed)
  3. 1000 ml●Water
  4. 1 dashless than 2 tablespoons ● Weipa
  5. 1/3 tsp● Salt
  6. 1 tbspSesame oil
  7. 1 dashPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the ingredients marked with ● in a saucepan.

    Once the mixture is boiling, pour in beaten eggs in a thin stream (not all at once).

    Add wakame seaweed.

  4. 4

    It's finished! Add minced thin spring onions, if you like. Sesame seeds are also delicious with the soup.
