Beef mein ginger garlic paste, haldi powder aur garam masala daal k boil kar lain

Spice mixer mein kaju/badam, khopra, hara dhaniya, podina, hari mirch, lemon juice, aur thora pani daal k blend kar lain.

Bowl mein dahi, Cream, kaju paste, lal mirch, zeera, garam masala, malai boti masala daal k mix kar lain.

Ab is mixture mein boiled beef daal k achi tarah mix kar lain.

Frying pan mein 2-3 tbsp oil dal k beef cubes ko tamam sides se golden brown karen. (remaining marinade ko baad mein use karne k liye side pe rakh dain)

Baqi oil mein piyaz light golden kar lain aur reserved marinade daal k 4-5 halki aanch pe pakayen. Thori dair mein chamach chalate rahen.

Ab is mein kasuri methi dal k pakayen aur fry Kia hua beef shamil kar dian.

Coriander leaves se garnish karen. Naan k sath serve karen.
