2 cupsmaida
1egg (optional, you can add curd instead of egg)
1 tbspcocoa powder
1 tspvanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 and 1/2 cupMilk
As per tasteSugar
1 pinchsalt
1 tbspmelted butter

At first mix all dry ingredients.

Add milk and egg.

Add cocoa powder and butter.

Prepare a smooth batter.

Heat a frying pan, brush with butter and fry pancakes one by one on slow flame.

Serve with your favourite fruits,maple syrup or chocolate syrup.
