Ingredients

25-30 mins

6 servings

1 packagepuff pastry
8apples sliced
1lemon juiced
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1 tspcinnamon powder
2 tspcornflour
1 tbspcold water
Milk to brush on pastry
as neededSugar to top

25-30 mins

Chop apples,coat with lemon juice

Put apples in a pot sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and cook until apples are tender

Dissove cornflour I water pour into apple mixture to thicken sauce

Put apple in an oven proof dish top with pastry,brush with milk,sprinkle with sugar and bake for 25-30 mins.....enjoy
