Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Cupchickpea steamed
  2. As per taste Salt
  3. 1 tbspchole masala
  4. 1 tspchilli flakes
  5. 1 tsporegano
  6. 1 tbspTomato ketchup
  7. 2 tspRed Chilli sauce
  8. 2 tbspchopped capsicum
  9. 1 tbspgreen Chilli, ginger garlic paste
  10. 1 tbspchopped onion
  11. as required Cornflour to binding
  12. 10 leavesfresh mint leaves
  13. 1/4 cupgrated panner
  14. As neededOil for frying

    In a bowl smashed chickpea and all other ingredients and mix well. Add salt and cornflour to bind it.

    In a pan heat the oil and fry on a slow flame. If the filling is coming out add some cornflour and bind it.

    Now Crispy tangy Pakora is ready to serve 🔥hot serve with sweet and green chutney.
