Cooking Instructions

Parboil your rice
Note: I used the normal Nigerian local rice, so you can use any rice of your choice (basmati,foreign or brown rice)

In a pot,heat your oil and add in the diced onions and allow it fry for few minutes
Add in your cumin,garlic and cinnamon powder, stir it

Add in your locust beans,dry fish and beef
- 4
Add water and your rice then allow it to cook
- 5
Enjoy your food
