Parboil your rice
Note: I used the normal Nigerian local rice, so you can use any rice of your choice (basmati,foreign or brown rice) - 2
In a pot,heat your oil and add in the diced onions and allow it fry for few minutes
Add in your cumin,garlic and cinnamon powder, stir it - 3
Add in your locust beans,dry fish and beef

Add water and your rice then allow it to cook
