Steps

Slice the beef then marinate it with soy sauce and black pepper.

Heat wok and pour oil and make sure its hot before putting.beef.Quickly stir fry beef until it change color then remove.

In the same pan add.oil again.Then stir fry garlic and ginger then the chillies.Cook.it half done then.put it back the beef.

Mix it then pour the cooking wine mix again then remove.Serve
