Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them when they are warm.

To the mashed potatoes, add and mix coriander leaves, all masslas.

Potato filling is ready.

In besan batter add all masslas and add water for the desired consistency.

Add few drops of oil in the batter and keep it aside.

Assembling bread pakoda- cut the slice of bread into trianguler slices.

Apply green chutney on one side of triangular bread and tomato ketchup another slice.

Layer mashed potato mixture evenly on the bread cover this slice with another slice.

Dip into besan batter to coat the breads. Dip fry pakoda in hot oil on medium flame till crisp and golden brown.

Enjoy with tea or coffee.
