To make praline first melt jaggery into that add butter and cashew powder mix well till bubbles up.

Then remove the mixture in a greased tray, spread it in a sheet and let it cool down. Then break in pieces.

For butterscotch sauce again melt jaggery add butter when mixed wait 1-2 mins then add cream again mix well and it's ready.

Alternatively you can add milk too instead of cream in the same way.

For lassi in a blenber add yogurt, butterscotch sauce, and blend. Garnish with butterscotch praline and enjoy.
