  10. 1 & ½ CupTali pyaaz (Fried Onion)
  11. ¼ TspKewra Essence (Add 2 Times In Same Quantity)
  12. 1/4 TspGaram Masala Powder
  13. Grind Some Spices
  14. 1/2 TspShahi Zeera (Black Cumin)
  15. ½ FlowerJavatri (Mace)
  16. 1 PieceBari Elaichi (Black Cardamom)
  17. ½Jaifal (Whole Nutmeg) Cracked
  18. 6-7Laung (Cloves)

    In A Mixture Add Black Cumin, Mace, Black Cardamom, Whole Nutmeg, Cloves... Grind Until Grainy But Not To Fine.

    Than Add Ginger Garlic Paste Roasted for 3-4 Mins.

    Than Add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Salt Mix Well.

    Add Yogurt In Two Portion First add ½ Cup and After 10 Mins than again Add ½ Cup Remaining Yogurt.
