Soak liver in vinegar,and garlic for 15-20mins then rinse.

Now marinate liver with dahi and keep aside

Take a tawa,add oil and put onions and saute. Add tomatoes,haldi,red chillies and zeera powder. Cook masala with water. Add green chillies.

Once the masala is well cooked,add liver and ginger garlic paste and bhun lein.

Add 1/2 cup water,put salt cover and let it cool on medium low flame.

Once cooks,let the water dry a bit. Add green chillies, chopped coriander and sprinkle kasuri methi.
