  • 1/2 kgmutton kaleji /liver
  • Kaleji pe lagany ke leye:
  • 1 tbspfresh lehson paste
  • 2- 3 tbsp dahi
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspred crushed chillies
  • 1 tspsalt or according to taste
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper crushed
  • 1 tspzeera crushed n roasted
  • 1/2 cupdahi
  • 1 tspqasuri methi
  • Lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Kaleji ko achi tarha wash karen, pani badal ke. Phir 1 tbsp lehson aur 2 tbsp
    dahi laha ke rakh dein. Is se smell nikal jae ge. 15_20 mins rakhen.

    Oil garam karen aur, 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste dalen bhun lein phir haldi, red chilli powder and flakes add karen kaleji dalen aur cook karen.

  3. 3

    Dahi add karen Cover karen aur cook karen low flame pe.
    Ab is mein qasuri methi, salt dalen, roasted dhania aur zeera dalen, lemon juice, green chillies and dhania dalen, garam masala dalen aur mix karen. Garam garam serve karen.

  4. 4

    Tip, Agar aap ke pass sabut liver hay to phelay is ke uper eik barek jhilli (membrane) wo utar lein carefully. Phir cut karen pieces mein,phir achi tarha wash karen pani badal badal ke, ab lehson aur dahi laga ke raken. Smell dor ho jae ge.
