This is actually left over appe batter mix with channa dal(fresh organic powder,green chilli,onion cut piece into fine add red chilli,coriander leaves,curry leaves little bit of salt,chat masala powder,everything add in the batter),random drop in the hot oil after drooping you have to control the heat let them cook in to golden colour and eat with tomato chutney.very tasty soth indian snacks...eat with hot masala tea...very good combination.

First take your left over appe batter i have prepared day before yesterday with large portion mixing of urad dal batter,rice,poha everything grind and add salt also.whatever remaining that day i have one and half cup batter.

Next stage add channa dal,cut onions,cut green chilli,cut curry leaves,cut coriander leaves,add kasmiri chilli powder,add half teaspoon salt,add half teaspoon chat masala everything mixed completely. Do not add additional water is enough if you think your batter is slightly tight then you can add little bit.it should be drooping consistency there is no need for proper shape.random talk in the hot oil make crispy balls.

Next step take a kadai pour 259gram refined oil of your choice brand you can use any type of oil bring them completely in hot position then completely turn your flame(gas)in to moderate mode check your hand you feel the hot then drop one by one random drops be patient to cook slowly and steadily.Then turned into other side then thukada turned in to golden colour..then you can enjoy with your tomato chutney and hot tea..
