I learned this recipe from my maternal uncle who lives in Saudi. Whenever he use to visit our home he would introduce us with new recipes. As he was living with people of different cultures and countries, he himself was learning these recipes from them. Clean and wash chicken.Mix the chicken with curd and all spices and salt and keep aside

Cut half of the onion in thin slices

Cut the potatoes, tomatoes and remaining onion in half or big pieces or you can keep them whole

Put a pressure cooker on flame and fry the sliced onion in oil till it gets brown, remove it in a plate

In the remaining oil(reduce it if required) put marinated chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, chilli

Adjust salt if required. Cover the lid

Cook on high flame for one whistle and then slow flame for three whistle

After all the gas is released from cooker, open it. Give everything a mix and garnish with coriander

Have it with roti, naan or chapati. Bon appetite
