Whenever me and my siblings were hungry and there wasn't really enough money for a piece of steak or fancy meat my mom would make this recipe, she called it pachaza which means *oozing* the mash and mince would ooze out after a bite and oh boy it was delicious

Cook the mince in oil then add the chopped onions to fry until brown on low heat.
Add beef stock cube and rajah then fry until the beef stock melts
Put the brown onion powder soup in some water and stir in the mince in low heat until its a bit thick and rich then turn the heat off - 2
Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes then boil until soft

Add a pinch of salt and 10ml of cooking oil then mash up the potatoes until smooth

Take 3 slices of bread then start stacking your mashed potatoes into a layer of your desire then add the slice of cheese on top.. You can add two slices if you want

Slice the bread in triangles or rectangles then it's ready to eat

Then put one slice on top then add the mince and atchar or your desire then close with the other slice
