Beat the eggs in a bowl with sugar until it becomes foamy & fluffy,mix the flour n baking powder add in egg mixture & fold it with spatula now add vanilla essence mix it also with light hand.

Pour the batter into prepared pan n bake it for 30 mints in preheated oven at 170 c.

After d_mould the cake let it cool down then make holes in sponge with chopstick.put the cake again in mould.

Now make tressleches syrup with half cup of whipping cream,half cup milk, cndenced milk,& Mango puree,mix well all these n pour up to the sponge cover with cling sheet & keep in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Now whip the remaining half cup of whipping cream & assemble the cake with it.cut the Mango in long n thin slices cover the whole cake with these,put some Mango cubes in the middle of the cake.

Now sprinkle crushed pistachios on top of the cake put some cherries.you can add mint leaves too. Beautiful n delicious Mango tressleches cake is ready. Let's enjoy👍
