1)Mix all ingredients very well,knead it with water & cut the dough.

2) Marinate chicken for 1 hour with burnt charcoal in a bowl. Heat oil in kadai & add marinated chicken.cook it for 10 minutes.Then put the chicken in skewer & grill it in microwave oven for 2 minutes. keep aside.

In another kadai sautee vegetables with black pepper powder & salt.

Roll the dough & make paratha.Finally arrage the chicken,veggies & few drops lemon juice in the paratha & roll it. chicken kathi roll is ready to serve.
