  • 1/2Onion
  • 1 tspGrated garlic
  • 1 tbspSake
  • 1 tbspMirin
  • 3 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tbspJuice from meat (oil)

Steps

  1. 1

    Use the oil which is left in the frying pan after cooking the meat.

  2. 2

    Grate the onion.

  3. 3

    Add the mirin and sake, and bring to a boil. Then add the soy sauce, garlic, and onion.

  4. 4

    Simmer on low heat until it thickens.
