Italian Sauteed Sliced Pork Offcuts

I had leftover tomato sauce that I had made this morning and some sliced pork offcuts, so I tried making an evening meal with them!
When the water is evaporated, the tomato sauce becomes rich and thick! Keep evaporating the water until the meat becomes lustrous! Recipe by Choco meru

Steps
- 1
Heat olive oil in a pot, and saute the onion. When it becomes soft and tender, add the pork, white wine, and maitake mushrooms, then continue sautéing.
- 2
When the pork begins to turn white, as illustrated in the picture in Step 1, add the easy tomato sauce and herb salt, then continue sautéing. Cover with a lid, turn the heat to medium, and wait for 5 minutes.
- 3
Remove the lid, and continue sautéing to evaporate the water. Taste it, and if the taste is thin, adjust it with salt, and then it's done!
