Firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cups of wheat flour,1/2 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp oil mix well.

Add water as required and knead to a smooth and soft dough.

Knead for at least 5 minutes and rest the dough for 20 minutes.

Now pinch a ball-sized dough and dust with wheat flour.

Roll gently to medium thickness.

Sprinkle little ghee, cumin, dried pudina, pepper powder, and salt.

Mix and spread uniformly making sure all the spices are well combined.

Now fold half and spread the spices left on fingers.

Fold triangle and press gently without putting much pressure.

Dust with wheat flour and start to roll gently.

Roll to triangle paratha or shape of your choice.

Furthermore, when the base is partly cooked, flip the namak, pepper paratha.

Also, spread 1/2 tsp oil/ghee and press slightly on both sides.

Flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.

Finally, serve namak pepper paratha with curd, raita, and pickle ❤️
