Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgkeema
  2. 3/4 tspsalt to taste
  3. 1 tsp red chilli
  4. 5 green chilli Coriander
  5. 1 medium onion chopped
  6. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  8. 2 tbsp heaped National kabab masala
  9. 3 tbsp oil

    Wash n clean the beef mince than strain all water.

    Cut n chopped the vegetables.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add all the ingredients n mix it well keep in fridge for 2 hour.

    Now take a kabab n shape like a siekh kabab grill in pan / barbecue in stove n brush the oil until it becomes tender.

    A yummy tandori kabab is ready with raita n naan, enjoy it.
