In large mixing bowl take rava and curd. Mix it. Now add sugar, ginger, chili paste and salt. Give rest for 30 minutes.

If require water then add and mix well.

Now add eno fruit salt. Mix gently.

Pour dhokala batter greased mold. Spread red chilli powder on batter.

Steam the dhokla batter for 15 minutes.

For tempering:----
Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, jeera, sesame seeds and hing. Once the mustard seeds splutter add in curry leaves and green chili. - 7
Spread the tempering over dhokala. Sprinkle coriander leaves.

Cut the dhokla to desired shape.
Serve rava dhokla with chutney.
