Ingredients

  • 4large potato
  • 1 tspSalt
  • half tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsCorn flour
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potato into springs and place on the shashlik sticks

  2. 2

    Add in all spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Deep fry into oil for about 10 mins then served with Chilli garlic sauce 😋
