Chocolate Mousse Truffles

Firstly add the Oreo cookies to a grinding jar and grind them. Now keep it aside.

Now let's make the dark chocolate ganache. For that heat half cup of cream then add half a cup of dark chocolate to it. Now add coffee powder to it. Mix them well without any lumps. Your dark chocolate ganache is now ready.

Now let's come to white chocolate ganache. For that heat half cup of cream then add half a cup of white chocolate to it. Mix them well without any lumps. Your dark chocolate ganache is now ready. Then add a tbsp of crushed oreo, mix it & keep it aside.

Now heat a pan add a tsp of ghee and fry the dry fruits. Keep them aside too. Now its time for layering the truffles. Take 2 ice-cream cups. The first layer we will do of crushed oreo I.e take 1 tbsp in each cup as shown below. Then add some tooti-frooti and some choco-chips & some chopped cherries.

Then add white chocolate ganache layering, 2 tbsp in each cup, and then sprinkle some fried chopped nuts over it.

Then again add 2 tbsp of crushed oreo in each cup. Add some choco-chips and some chopped cherries. Then pour the dark chocolate ganache over it. (2 tbsp in each cup)

Now keep th in a refrigerator for 15 mins to set. Then remove them. Decorate them with some edible sprinkles and serve chilled.
