I make theplas of many vegetables and its one of the easiest and healthiest recipes of breakfast!
Steps

Firstly grate the radish and pumpkin and grate it well.

Now squeeze and remove the extra water from radish and pumpkin otherwise the flour will become too wet.

Now take the wheat flour and rice flour in a bowl, add the pumpkin, radish and all the masalas
- 4
Add 1 tspoon ghee and knead the dough by adding the reqd water
- 5
Now after kneading the dough, apply some ghee to the dough and keep it aside for 10 mins.

After 10 mins, start making thin chapati or roti out of thee dough balls. It should be thin.

Now cook it well and our theplas are ready.

Theplas can be served with chutneys, pickles and curd as side dish.
