250 gfeta
100 gcream cheese
Lime juice or lemon juice (preferably fresh)
Crushed pepper optional

Crumb the feta into a bowl. Blend the feta with a stick blender until smooth.
2

Add the cream cheese, lime or lemon juice and crushed pepper. Blend until almost smooth.
