I like smoking my chicken a little bit on the jiko before cooking it, so I smocked it then boil it till tender.

While it's still boiling, prepare the ingredients.
Tomatoes chopped
Onion sliced
Garlic cloves minced

Kienyeji stew 🍲
In a cooking pot add oil and heat,
Add onion and garlic minced and stir to cook till produced a nice aroma, or till garlic is golden brown. Separate chicken from the broth
And add it to the garlic mixture.
Let it fry under low heat, don't let it burn, put in tomato and little bit of salt or cubes of your choice. To soften the tomato.

Add coriander chopped, chicken broth that you separated before and cook for 5_8 minutes under low heat.

Ready to serve with Kale's and ugali or anything else of your choice
