Separate the shaft from the bean by using normal water..wash clean and make sure all the shaft are out

Pour in a clean cooking pot or pressure cook and make sure the beans is well cooked and completely soft

Pour the soft cooked beans in a sieve and pass it through the sieve using spoon and little water..Incase of any seed inside

Place a clean pot on fire pour little water to steam the meat..add more water,,the oil,pepper, crayfish,salt, and Maggi,cover to boil for 10minutes

Pour in the beans juice and allow to boil for extra 5 minutes and serve with any swallow of your choice
