Ingredients

25 minutes

6 cookies, each about 2 1/2 inches in diameter

1 cuprolled oats
1ripe banana
2 tablespoonschia seeds
1 1/2 teaspoonspeanut butter (or more to taste)
1egg
75% dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces (amount to taste)

Mash the ripe banana with a fork.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Shape the mixture into circles, then flatten them with a spoon to about 2 1/2 inches in diameter, or to your liking. Alternatively, scoop the mixture onto parchment paper and shape into circles.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.

And we’re DONE! They smell amazing! Enjoy immediately or let them cool completely and store in the fridge for later.
