Keep ready ingredients.

Add mustard, byadige chili, fresh coconut into mixi jar.

Add tamarind paste, jaggery and little water and grind Nicely. Masala ready, keep aside.

Heat a Kadai, add oil, mustard, byadige chili, urd dal, chana dal peanuts, curry leaves and fry them. Add turmeric powder and mix. Add grinded masala and mix its gows raw smell.

Add salt and mix. Add cooked rice and mix and Serve them.
