Walnuts is healthy and so is Rajma and Garbanzo beans, so combining all and making a delish breakfast is the best choice

Soak Garbanzo beans and Rajma overnight. Wash and boil separately in a pressure cooker for 5 whistles on high flame each. Drain and set aside

Chop spring onions and tomato fine, chop parsley fine. Set aside

In a pan add oil and heat, add spring onions and toss for 1 min. Add boiled Garbanzo beans, Rajma or kidney beans, walnuts, chopped tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, castor sugar and paprika, toss and add 100 ml water and cover on low heat for 5 mins. Stir occasionally in between

Add salt, further on simmer cook for 3 mins without cover, add half of chopped parsley. Toss and set aside

Spoon on Sourdough bread and garnish with rest of chopped parsley.

Plate with walnuts and enjoy with a beverage
