Steps

Take a big bowl, break the biscuits in small pirces. Dry roast the walnuts. Once cooled chop the walnuts finely.

In another pan take sugar, cocoa powder and mix well. Add water. Keep the pan on the gas and bring to a boil. Add butter. Allow it to melt. Mix well. Pour this syrup into the biscuits bowl. Add 1/2 the chopped walnuts. Add vanilla essence. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture in to a cake tin. Press it evenly. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Heat a pan, add cream and dark chocolate and make ganache. Remove the cake from the fridge and pour the ganache over it. Tap it to remove the air bubbles.

Refrigerate it again for 3 - 4 hrs. Then remove and garnish with the the remaining walnuts.
