  1. 2 cupsmatki
  2. 1/2cucumber chopped
  3. 1green chilli finely chopped
  4. 1/2onion chopped
  5. 1/2tomato chopped
  6. 1boiled potato chopped
  7. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  8. 1 tspcumin powder
  9. 1 tspchaat masala
  10. as per taste Salt
  11. 2 tbspcoriander chutney

    Firstly, pressure cook matki for 2 whistles.

    Then in a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix everything well.
