Hamburger Patties

I got the spices from my local butcher, who was selling them in limited quantity. Using those spices, I made a hamburger patty. It's super good!
If you can get coarsely ground meat from your butcher, it's even more delicious! Be careful not to over-mix or over-cook! When flipping the burgers, be sure not to press down on them! The patties are pretty juicy and the juice will come out. Make sure you use fresh panko. Recipe by Uniikura

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Beat the egg and mix in the fresh panko. Let soak.
- 2
Bring out the ground beef, and while it's still cold from the refrigerator, mix together with the egg-soaked panko and all of the spices. Mix together until thoroughly combined.
- 3
If you want to keep the texture of the meat, mix until just combined. If you'd prefer a fluffy, juicy burger, mix well (be sure not to mix too much!!)
- 4
Divide into your desired amount of patties and shape until they are just a bit larger in circumference than your buns.
- 5
I think patties that are 1 cm thick are best. When cooking, the patties will shrink, so be sure to make them a little bigger than the buns.
- 6
Oil the frying pan and cook both sides.
- 7
If you are making cheeseburgers, just before the second side is done cooking, top with cheese and lid the pan like in the picture.
- 8
Toast the insides of the buns and spread margarine on their surface. Top with lettuce and mayonnaise.
- 9
Top with tomatoes or avocados, then with the patties.
- 10
Then top with fresh onions and mustard, pickles, and ketchup.
- 11
Done! These awesome burgers are complete! Take big bites, it's the only way to enjoy these burgers.
- 12
You can enjoy an American diner experience at home with your favorite people!
- 13
A bonus version for a kid's lunch!

This is a hamburger patty that has been well-loved by my family for a long time.If you're making the sauce at the same time as the patties, place the tomato sauce with the finely chopped garlic into a heat-resistant container. Loosely wrap it with cling film then heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes to reduce the sauce. Mix in the herb salt and then a little of the meat juices at the end. I just adjusted the flavor, little by little, to my family's preferences and this was what we ended up with! It's best to chill the meat, cooked onions, as well as the panko & milk mixture until they're cool enough to be mixed together. Prep up to Step 4 and when they are cool enough, mix in the egg and meat. It'll be cold, but you just have to bear it! It'll be worth it! For 4 servings. Recipe by michipapa cookpad.japan -

Hamburger Patties, Better Than A Restaurant? Hamburger Patties, Better Than A Restaurant?
I perfected this recipe over many years for my daughter who didn't like hamburgers! Now, she says "it's better than restaurants". It's all down to the yakiniku sauce though.- I think the flavour of the meat is better if you don't knead the ground meat too much.- The flavour is brought together by the yakiniku sauce, but this burns easily so watch out!- You don't need to fry the onions!- In Step 2, an alternative is to put it all in a plastic bag to mix it up! That way you don't have to dirty your hands. Recipe by yamita cookpad.japan -

It's said that it's hard to know when hamburgers are cooked through, so I cooked these thin and spread out so it's easy to tell.Add the onions once they have cooled down. When cooking, don't poke a hole or cut the patties. The juices will seep out of the patties. If you're worried that the heat didn't cook through, microwave for 30 seconds. If you like, use your favorite sauce. For 2-3 servings. Recipe by Nyanta104 cookpad.japan
