Firstly in a deep thick bottomed pan add mutton chops, in it add a glass of water.

Now in it add some spices like 1tsp garlic paste, onion paste 1/2 cup, food color,soya sauce 2tbsp, vinegar 2 tbsp, red chili flakes 2tsp, roasted cumin powder 2tsp, black pepper 1tsp, and salt.

Now Cook it in high flame until a boil comes in it.

Then slow the flame and cook till the mutton chops cooked almost about 98% and all the water evaporates.

Then add 2tbsp of curd in it. Mix it and cook it for another 2 mins and lastly add corn starch and mix upside down and take out in the bowl.

Now in a frying pan, add 2 tbsp of oil and shallow fry all the chops until it turns crisp. Give smokey flavor if you like. Bara kabab is ready to serve your guests as a starter.
