  • whole chicken cut in 4 piece
  • 1 tspMeat tenderizer
  • 1 tspGinger/garlic
  • 1 tbspGreen chillies paste
  • 3 tbspTikka masala
  • 1Zeera crushed
  • 1 tbspCoriander crushed
  • 4 tbspYogurt
  • Food color
  • 1 tspCrushed red chilli
  • 2 tsptikka masala
  • 1/2 tbspSalt

  1. 1

    Leave to marinate 3 to 4 hour.

  2. 2

    Put on flat skewers and bbq them over hot coals!

    Serve with paratha salad and chutney
