Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 1/2 cup yellow moong dal (washed and soaked)
  • 1/2 cupchana dal (washed and soaked)
  • 2 tbspgreen chili, ginger, and garlic paste
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil for deep frying
  • As neededSliced onian
  • as requiredFried green chili, maggi e magic masala

Steps

  1. 1

    First, rinse both the dal well in the same bowl and soaked for 4- 5 hrs

  2. 2

    Now transfer the dal in a mixer grinder and grind in a course form

  3. 3

    Then transfer this dal batter in a bowl

  4. 4

    Moreover, add green chili, ginger, garlic paste and salt in it and maggi e magic masala

  5. 5

    Furthermore,put bada like bhajiya in hot oil

  6. 6

    Now semi deep fry this filtters till yellow color and transfer in a plate

  7. 7

    Lastly, deep fry this bhajiya and fillter till golden brown and your dal bada
