Ingredients

  • 200 gramsPaneer - (cut into cubes)
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • 4 clovesGarlic -
  • 1/2 inchGinger -
  • Green pepper - 1 slit
  • Tomato - 1 (sliced)
  • 1/3 tspBlack pepper powder -
  • 1/3 tspTurmeric powder -
  • 1/4 tspGaram masala -
  • 1/2 tspLime juice -
  • 1 tspPowdered almond -
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tblsVegetable oil -

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic ginger paste, green pepper, tomato. Cook until all the ingredients cooked well and soft.

  2. 2

    Add spice powders. Stir well. Add salt and lime juice. Stir. Add almond powder. Stir well. Add paneer cubes. Stir gently. Cook until the gravy thicken and paneer well coated.
