Ingredients

2 people
  1. 7chopped big prawns
  2. 1egg
  3. 2 tablespoonsplain flour
  4. 1 tablespooncorn flour
  5. 1 tablespoonchopped shallot
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoonchicken powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients, do not add water. The mix should be chunky and slightly thick.

  2. 2

    Heat up the oil. Gently placed the mix in the oil using spoon.

  3. 3

    Lay paper towel on plate to absorb the oil. Ready to serve.

  4. 4

    For the dipping sauce, finely chop chilli, garlic and basil. Add vinegar, salt and sugar.
