Let milk come to boil. Put off the flame. Mix vinegar with 1/2 cup of water and add to milk. Make chhena. Strain water. Wash and squeeze well.

Knead chhena slightly. Add milk powder, decicated coconut and rose syrup. Knead well.

In a pan add ghee. Add chhena mixture to pan.. make it dry. Put on a green greased plate. Let it cool.

Take small portion of chhena and give heart shape. Decorate with cherry pieces and chopped almonds.
